Situated on a hill above Klana, the Church of St Michael the Archangel, the protector against evil and injustice, and dates back to the 17th century. It has long been a gathering place for believers, especially on St Michael’s Day (29 September). During renovation work in 2004, archaeological excavations uncovered the tombs of the Barbo and Panizzoli families, who owned Klana in the 16th and 17th centuries.
